Self Assessment Quiz

Evidence

The brain is capable of producing symptoms in any area of the body: back, neck, leg, knee, ankle, toe, teeth, finger, eyes, nerves, muscles, aching or shooting pain, radiating, tightness, numbness, tingling, itching, ringing, burning, vertigo, insomnia, anxiety, depression, OCD, it goes on. And because the brain (and nervous system) are the main players here, MBS could be responsible for pretty much any seemingly negative sensation or circumstance.

Fortunately, there are a number of signs that will point to MBS. These questions will help you figure out if you are on the right track. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of them, you could be experiencing MBS, but the more the merrier.

If you have none of the symptoms presented in the following quiz, don’t fret — you may still have MBS. These are just the most obvious markers.
